By using Lorewarden, you accept the terms below. They're intentionally straightforward : it's a free, fan-made project in development.
1. Purpose
Lorewarden is a free, non-commercial game companion for Dungeons & Dragons 5e, made for players and Dungeon Masters.
2. Alpha Development
The service is in alpha version. Features, data, and the interface may change, be modified, or be removed without notice.
3. No Warranty
The service is provided « as-is », with no warranty of availability, absence of errors, or accuracy of rules or calculations. Lorewarden is a companion tool : it does not replace the game manual or the Dungeon Master's arbitration.
4. Limited Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
5. Data Retention
No warranty of permanence is offered. Data resets, data loss, or service shutdown may occur. Keep a backup of any important content.
6. User-Generated Content
You remain responsible for the content you enter (names, character sheets, notes, descriptions). You agree not to publish unlawful content or content that violates third-party rights, in particular, do not copy protected texts (such as non-SRD content from Wizards of the Coast publications).
7. Fair Use
You agree to use the service responsibly : no overloading attempts, mass scraping, circumventing security, or abusive account or character creation.
8. Accounts
The publisher may suspend or delete an account if abused or used in violation of these terms. You may request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy).
9. Intellectual Property

10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated as development progresses. The version in effect is the one published on this page.
